CommCarrier was established in 1995 as a fully licensed regional VNO telecommunications operator. Headquartered in Nairobi Kenya, with an international voice and data gateway, CommCarrier was the first to launch VSAT technology.

Government
As a leading Telecommunication company in the region, government projects successfully implemented include:
- An extremely sensitive and Mission-Critical Network that aggregates data and voice traffic to ensure that Kenyan Airspace is adequately covered in so far as air traffic control system is concerned
- Several Multimedia projects for Government of Kenya
- Various government projects as enshrined in vision 2030 to achieve e-health, e-governance, e-learning
Data and Voice:
We are partners with COMTECH EF DATA to provide advanced VSAT infrastructure for voice and IP traffic termination as sole carrier of such services for those countries where fiber and other terrestrial transport solutions are still nonexistent.

CommCarrier Satellite Services Ltd has partnered with leading brands like NEC, Huawei, Vidyo and Avanti to offer end-to-end communication solutions and applications that are aimed at the Small Medium Businesses and Enterprise market.
